Access to Dream is the nonprofit heartbeat of Operation: INSPIRE, dedicated to empowering future generations of healthcare professionals. Through immersive medical missions in developing countries, the program provides students and emerging professionals with hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare systems. Participants learn directly from frontline clinicians, engage in culturally responsive care, gain a deeper understanding of health disparities around the world.

More than a volunteer experience, Access to Dream is a mentorship-driven pathway that nurtures compassion, leadership, and purpose. By connecting young people to communities in need, we help them discover their calling, expand their worldview, and build skills necessary to create lasting change in global health.

Raniyah Burton

"I am grateful to have a mentor who is supportive and encouraging. A mentor is someone that I trust, “my go to”. Claret has been my mentor for two years. She inspires and motivates me, especially when my confidence is lacking. She always reinforces self-care, mental health, and wellbeing. She shares potential opportunities that lead to my goal in pre nursing major and future career path"
