Many aspiring healthcare professionals lack access to mentors, guidance, and career exposure. Under-resourced communities abroad face critical gaps in basic surgical and preventive care. Strong healthcare systems require compassionate, resilient leaders built from the ground up. None of this work happens without people like you.
Ways to Get Involved
Who it’s for: Healthcare professionals, clinicians, and experienced leaders.
What you’ll do: Guide an aspiring healthcare professional through structured mentorship sessions. Share your experience, provide career coaching, and help shape the next generation of leaders.
Commitment: 1–2 hours / bi-weekly or monthly sessions.
Who it’s for: Surgical staff, nurses, physicians, logistics coordinators, and non-clinical support volunteers.
What you’ll do: Travel with our volunteer teams to deliver direct patient care, surgical support, and community outreach in the Philippines and other communities abroad.
Commitment: 1–2 week mission trips (seasonal).
How it Helps: Every dollar directly funds mentorship resources, surgical supplies, and mission operations.
$50 — Learning materials and workshop resources for a youth mentee
$250 — Surgical and medical supplies for a patient during a mission trip
$1,000+ — Sponsors a full mission deployment or youth program cohort

What qualifications do I need to become a youth mentor?
Yes! Mentorship check-ins, administrative support, marketing, and committee roles can often be done remotely from anywhere.
Can I volunteer remotely?
No! While medical professionals are vital for surgical missions and specialized mentorship, we welcome non-clinical volunteers for logistics, administration, general youth mentoring, and event organizing.
Do I need healthcare experience to volunteer?
Donations directly fund youth educational workshops, mentorship resources, surgical supplies, and travel subsidies for volunteer mission teams.
